Summit Resort Group has condominiums and homes available for winter and summer Seasonal leases. Seasonal rentals include 1 to 9 month rental agreements and are very popular for the ski season or summer months. We lease homes and condos in Dillon, Silverthorne, Wildernest, Keystone, Frisco and Summit Cove, Colorado.

Live in Denver or Colorado’s Front Range and need a place for weekend trips? Seasonal rentals often are the best way to go. Keep all your mountain gear at the condo or Summit County home and come and go each weekend with ease. Stay over to Monday and avoid the I-70 traffic.

SEASONAL RENTALS

Winter and summerr seasonals are available. Winter seasonals are for 4-6 months usually starting in November. Summer rentals are for 2-6 months starting in May. Each unit has its own unique amenities.

We also offer MONTHLY rentals in both winter and summer.  Please ask for our monthly rates on almost any unit.
