We have over 80 exclusive properties on our Vacation Lodging Rental Program. Because we are an employee-owned company, we are able to provide individual attention to our owners and guests. Summit Resort Group (SRG) is a Colorado LLC based in Dillon specializing in resort property management. The company began operations in 2001. SRG handles the day-to-day operations of all the HOA business. Currently the company is managing 12 associations in Dillon, Keystone and Frisco.
