We care for second homes as if they were our own. For second homeowners, we provide security management on a frequency basis determined by the homeowner. Lawn care, snow removal and regular hot tub maintenance can be included in a full service package as well. Our staff is on call 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Our main office in Dillon has fax, notary and high speed internet access for all of our homeowners.

Our association management program which currently includes 15 clients is under the guidance of experienced property managers, with many years of professional training. The President of Summit Resort Group is a Certified Property Manager attaining his CPM® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is also a founding member of the National Association of Realtors property management division.

The HOA management program includes complete physical, fiscal and administrative services for each of our homeowner communities. Prospective clients can choose a portion or all of these at competitive rates. Our web site provides the tools for full compliance with the new Colorado Senate Bill 100 and its reporting requirements for all homeowners association.
