A 30 unit condominium complex made up of three buildings. The east building consists of 6 units, meeting spaces and an exercise room. The west building consists of 24 units. The third building is a beautiful clubhouse consisting of a pool and spa area, a managers unit, a front desk and spacious meeting rooms. The buildings are frame construction with sloped asphalt shingle roofs. All units are accessed by individual exterior front doors.

Exterior grounds are made up of attractive lawns, improved flower beds and natural areas. Each unit has a designated garage and open unassigned parking spaces exist for overflow.
