Roman Nowakiwsky
Roman Nowakiwsky has been a full-time Breckenridge resident since 1996 and has over 25 years of experience in real estate sales.
He has owned real estate in Breckenridge since 1988, which convinced him that this is the place that he wants to live and work.
Roman also built his last two primary residences, both in the town of Breckenridge, and has first-hand experience in building in the town and county.

He has personal and business experience in executing 1031 property exchanges. Roman's prior background includes many years with Allstate Insurance Company.
