Summit Resort Group Rental Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival receive a refund, less the deposit of one night.  Cancellations made 29 days or less, all monies are forfeited unless the property is rebooked; the amount recovered is refunded, less a $100 management fee.  For conditions beyond our control such as bad weather, road closures, airline cancellations, snow or ski slope conditions, etc. we are unable to make refunds.  We reserve the right to cancel any reservation/guest that does not have a signed rental policy on file

NO SMOKING:  All units are NON SMOKING!  Smoking is not tolerated.

NO PETS:  NO PETS ARE ALLOWED on the premises.  If this policy is violated, you will be asked to immediately remove the pet or vacate the property without a refund.  Additionally, a reasonable cleaning fee may be charged.

RESTRICTED OCCUPANCY:  All units have a maximum sleeping capacity. Additional people without prior approval of SRG & payment arrangements are not allowed.   If SRG identifies unauthorized overnight guests, in excess of the maximum sleeping capacity, are in residence, a charge of $50 per person per night, will automatically be applied to the credit card of the reserving guest.  Number of parked vehicles may also be restricted.  Call our office for the per unit vehicle count. Parking of RV’s, trailers, boats, snowmobiles etc. is prohibited.

USAGE / NOISE RESTRICTIONS: Our properties are provided for normal residential usage only.  They are not to be used as a formal entertainment facility, i.e. for weddings/receptions, large family reunions, or any function that may result in disturbing the peace of adjacent neighbors or guests.  Please be courteous, your respect for the presence of adjacent full time residents and seasonal guests when participating in outdoor activities and/or adjusting the volume of audio equipment would be appreciated.  Any guest hosting a formal or informal event that disturbs the peace of others, exceeds the capacity of the unit, or violates the noise restrictions may be assessed an additional minimum charge of $50 per attendee and/or requested to vacate the premise without a refund. 

TELEPHONE:  Use a credit card or calling card for long distance calls.  Local calls are free!

HOUSEKEEPING:  Daily housekeeping is not provide.  Most homes have a washer/dryer and all other condominium buildings have laundry facilities.    You will receive 1 free mid-stay clean on a 7 night stay or longer.  Please call a few days in advance to schedule it.

DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT:   A valid Master Card or Visa is required prior to arrival.  The purpose of holding a credit card on file is to provide Summit Resort Group with secured funds to cover malicious and negligent damage, to provide for additional cleaning fees required as a result of tenant leaving the unit unreasonably dirty, to cover the charges associated with unauthorized overnight guests and to ensure the faithful performance of tenant’s promises as contained in this signed lease agreement.  

A security deposit may be required prior to or at check-in.  This security deposit will be charged to your credit card & will be refunded within 10 days of departure, provided our post departure inspection reveals that the condition of the home/condominium is acceptable and that the conditions of this rental policy have been met.

KEY DEPOSIT:  All keys must be returned to Summit Resort Group upon check out.  There is a charge of $10.00 per key for lost keys.  Corinthian Hill guests will find a Clubhouse Card key hanging in the unit.  A replacement charge of $50.00 will be charged to your credit card if the Card Key is not left in the unit.

HOT TUBS/JACUZZI:  Summit Resort Group has no control over the mechanical operation of hot tubs, pools, etc. and is not responsible for reimbursement if such facilities are inoperable. Every effort will be made to repair the inoperable facility but we can not make any guarantees.  Guests are advised not to tamper with private hot tub controls and any damage will be charged to the guest. 

DISCLAIMER:  Summit Resort Group (SRG) reserves the right to change accommodations, prior to check in, due to unexpected emergencies or sale of property. SRG will provide equal accommodations or upgrade at no additional charge at the discretion of SRG.  Rates are subject to change without notice. SRG is not held responsible for any inconvenience, damage, injury of loss to persons or properties directly or indirectly by weather, negligence or wrongful act by guests, beyond the direct control of SRG.  SRG reserves the right to evict guests from the premises for violation of this policy or the commission of any unlawful acts on the premises.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES:   Check-in is after 4:00 pm  - pick up your check-in packet, keys and directions at 350 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, CO.    Check out is 10:00am.  Our office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Monday-Saturday and 10:00 -4:00 Sunday.  For after-hour check-ins, see our separate Check-in Policies sheet which is sent to you upon confirmation of your stay.
